The objective of this project was to identify a particular ethnic sub-group within the larger Chicago population as my primary user group, focusing on 1st and 2nd generation immigrants. Through primary and secondary research, I was asked to identify an area of design opportunity for this immigrant group that can be applied to the wider American community in the realm of the domestic object landscape.
